The European Commission, Directorate General for Translation (DGT), has kindly offered to demonstrate their online translation tool, speech to text tool and other tools at a webinar exclusively for EFNIL members and their organisations. The tools are accessible free of charge for public institutions, small and medium sized companies, NGOs, and universities.
Agenda:
- Welcome by Ágnes Farkas, (DGT) and Sabine Kirchmeier (EFNIL) (5 minutes)
- Presentation of the Directorate General for Translation, its policies and language resources (20 minutes)
- Demonstration of eTranslation and related tools (20 minutes)
- Questions and discussion (20 minutes)
- News about ELE 2 and the possible contributions from language institutions (10 minutes).
